It rains a lot. But that doesn't stop downtown's chicest from looking....well, chic. Today we asked our subjects to describe their fashion inspiration. We heard everything from "SJP" to "Mick Jagger and Keith Richard's Love Child." Obviously bad weather ain't got nothing on Peterborough's finest.
